We at JumpKick believe strongly in providing hope for people who are in financial need, but we also recognize that crowdfunding is a tough business. For every fundraising campaign you see for a mother of three battling cancer, there are numerous overhead expenses on our end that leave just enough money for our company to scrape by. That’s why we’re struggling to provide our hardworking staff with a quality health insurance plan, but thankfully we have a crowdfunding platform that can make that wish come true for them.

Part of our mission statement is to encourage communities to get involved with projects that they care about, and we think that you should really care about this campaign. Our team works tirelessly to keep JumpKick running, clocking in 60+ hour weeks and giving up countless weekends in order to meet strenuous deadlines. They deserve added employee benefits in addition to their paycheck, so make sure you donate if you agree.

Even a small contribution will be enough. We’re not looking to get anything expensive. Just something that covers basic things and such. Dental and vision aren’t a requirement unless we reach our stretch goal of $200,000. But again, if you’re tight on cash right now, just know that no amount pledged is too little for our staff.

We understand that this looks to be in very poor taste, but we assure you this is coming from a place of good. Our aim with this fundraiser is to encourage everyday people to be more selfless and help out their fellow man when they’re in need, which is a quality that our very own employees exhibit, especially when they teamed up and threatened to unionize if we didn’t provide better benefits. Plus this idea is what all of our shareholders voted on, so we had to roll with it.

So be sure to show your love for our employees by clicking that donate button above. Also, as with every campaign, the company will legally be collecting 5% of however much is raised for this one, so unfortunately pre-existing conditions will not be covered under our employees’ health plans.
