Hello fellow site-goers, as well as the Goldberg family. So so sorry about this, but we had to make the painful decision to withdraw $75,000 from Brian Goldberg’s fundraiser, which is raising money to fix his unfortunate heart defect, to pay off some hefty legal fees from the last lawsuit filed against us. So if you came on today to support a child in need, make sure it’s this one.

We feel pretty bad about the whole thing, but our hands were tied. Plus, Brian’s mom was well aware of our right to collect any and all donations based on the terms and conditions she agreed to in order to set up the fundraiser. And it’s not like we have anything against Brian. We’re actually very proud of him. The reason why we withdrew from this campaign was because it raised A LOT of money, so good job, Mr. and Mrs. Goldberg!

Now we’re trying to do the right thing by flipping our algorithm so that Brian’s fundraiser will be on the top of every single page on this site. You won’t be able to miss it! We’ll get this sweet little angel a functioning heart in no time. Our team here at Jumpkick just hopes you all aren’t too mad about this. We really had no other choice given how brutal these court battles were. If we didn’t collect the money, then this site wouldn’t exist anymore to help those with medical expenses. So we basically did Brian a favor.

If you already donated $20, we hope you find it in your heart to donate another $20. The family really deserves it. Also, we promise this will be a one-time thing. From now on, we’re on Team Brian, and you should be too! Pledge your (additional) contribution today! When this fundraiser was originally created, you all gave Brian so much love and support, so we really just need you all to bring that energy back so this campaign can reach its goal, again. Thank you and God Bless!
