You always hear that the worst thing a parent can experience is the loss of their child. You never hear anyone say the worst thing a parent can experience is the loss of five little monkey children. “No more monkeys jumping on the bed,” the doctor said. I wish I had listened. I am not the only one who is broken by this tragedy. My wallet is destitute as well. If you can spare anything for a grieving mother to cover funeral costs, it would be some light in this dark time.

It was all just fun and games. I loved when all of my monkey children got together to have some good clean family fun. That day was different. The monkeys, they were just so riled up. I couldn’t stop them. One ER visit turned into two, then three, then… well, you probably know the rest. Even seeing their brothers and sisters getting mangled on the floor couldn’t stop them.

As the single caretaker for these little monkey children, I do not have the resources to give them the proper burial they deserve. So please, if you can help me out in any way, it will not go unnoticed. Any excess contributions will be donated to Doctor Koko’s initiative of preventing premature fatalities in rambunctious young monkeys during bedtime.
